2. Licence

Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the number of installations stated in the applicable product plan. Ownership of the software and intellectual property remains with Angle Modules.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls or share the software with unauthorised parties, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

4. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming server, PHP, WHMCS and third-party compatibility before deployment. Custom themes, hooks and third-party modules may affect operation.

5. Support and Updates

Support and update access are provided according to the purchased licence or service period. We may request reasonable diagnostic information to investigate an issue.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable software and services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party environment.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angle Modules is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost revenue, data loss or business interruption arising from use of the software.

8. Suspension

A licence may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargebacks, unauthorised distribution, licensing circumvention or material breach of these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website applies from its stated effective date.
