Licence terms

Each purchase grants a non-transferable licence for the number of production and staging installations shown at checkout. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, removal of licence controls and sharing source code are prohibited.

Refund policy

Because software downloads cannot be returned, refunds are assessed only for duplicate payments, a verified technical defect that support cannot resolve, or where applicable law requires one. Refund requests must be made within seven days and before substantial use or activation.

Updates and support

Monthly and term licences include updates and support while active. Lifetime means the right to use the purchased version indefinitely; the applicable plan controls whether future updates are included.

Privacy

We process account, payment-reference, activation-domain and support data to deliver and protect the service. Card details remain with the selected payment gateway. Contact the company to request access or correction.
